How do we work ?
We make systematic validation and pre-selection visits ahead of your employee's arrival. He/she can decide what to visit from a detailed pre-visit
report (see example). When in the area, he/she saves time by focusing on homes that are most likely to suit his/her wishes.

As a licensed professional, part of our task is to make sure every legal obligation is met by the landlord and/or his representative. We keep up with
the always changing legal environment and, for instance, make sure all the compulsory technical controls have been performed in the house
targeted.
