Alpes Léman Conseil can take you for a discovery tour in the region to help you better define your
wishes and needs.
In a half or full day, we will take you for 100 to 300-km tour, for you to :
- Get acquainted with the geography (main roads, commuting axes, towns and villages, airport and
station access, residential and popular areas, work site, schools...),
- Have a better idea of the area's specifics : snowy areas, sun exposure, traffic jams, border
control points...,
- Get familiar with the type of housing available and with a price scale (flats, semi-detached
houses, free-standing houses, farms...).
It's also a chance for us to discuss your criteria and constraints, and of how they match the local
estate market.
